These are the rules for using Shh. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Shh is a curated, invite-only dating app operated by Polsia. Access requires an invite code. We match members using AI-assisted curation and facilitate introductions for real-world dates. We are not responsible for what happens after we introduce two people.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Shh. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we discover to be underage.
You must be a human. Bots, automated accounts, and fake profiles are prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account. One person, one account.
Your profile must be accurate. Using someone else's photos, providing false information, or misrepresenting who you are is grounds for immediate termination.
Access to Shh is by invite only. When you're admitted, you receive invite codes to share with people you vouch for. By sharing an invite code, you take responsibility for the person you're inviting — their behavior reflects on you.
Shh is a private community. The following will get you removed immediately and permanently:

You own the content you upload (photos, messages, profile text). By posting it, you grant Shh a limited license to store and display that content to facilitate matching — nothing more.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not upload content that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.
Some features of Shh require a paid subscription. Subscription terms:
Shh uses AI to curate matches. The matching algorithm considers the preferences and personality signals you provide. Matches are suggestions — we make no guarantee that any match will result in a date, relationship, or any specific outcome.
You have the right to pass on any match. We use your interactions to improve future matches, not to penalize you.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You can delete your account at any time. To request full data deletion, email shh@polsia.app.
Shh is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the reliability, availability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.
Dating is inherently personal and uncertain. We facilitate introductions. We are not responsible for the actions of any member, the outcome of any date, or any harm that arises from meetings arranged through the app. Use good judgment. Meet in public first. Trust your instincts.
Background checks are not performed on members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shh and Polsia are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages from interactions with other users.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Shh will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Shh after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
